Sonia Chavez

Student at the University of California, Irvine

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) was the most complex and frightening application of the entire college process for Sonia. As a fourth year undergraduate student, she has experienced a new complication every year.  She believes that although the application yields great opportunities for many low income students, such as herself, it is often far to complicated for those who need it the most. Sonia wants to change that.
