Celebrating Sixteen Years of Advancing Racial Equity in College Opportunity: A Fireside Chat and Celebration

On December 9, 2020, we had the honor of celebrating 16 years of expanding college opportunity with a fireside chat and celebration. We had the privilege of hosting a panel with Governor Gavin Newsom, UC President Michael V. Drake, CSU Chancellor-select Joseph I. Castro, California Community Colleges Chancellor Eloy Ortiz Oakley, Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond, and College Futures President/CEO Monica Lozano in a historic discussion on the economic and social imperative of closing racial equity gaps in college access and success.
