Soha Manzoor

Soha was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. From a young age, she was highly passionate about receiving education and studied both Astrophysics and Sociology at the University of California, Berkeley. Soha has always advocated for access to higher education and is a staunch believer in education being a right and not a privilege. By working in Washington DC for a summer, peer tutoring, and engaging in on-campus advocacy, Soha has built up many skills that have prepared her to continue fighting for equitable access and success in higher education.

Your role in one sentence: I work with the policy team to help advance and uplift the Campaign’s main policy priorities.
When I am not at work helping students get to and succeed in college I am… doing yoga and pilates, reading, and exploring the Bay Area!
If not higher education then what cause? The liberation of wrongly incarcerated individuals and oppressed individuals around the world.
