“I know that I am fortunate, I had amazing role models who instilled in me a strong commitment to education. At the age of six, I knew I was going to go to college. Not going wasn’t even a consideration. It is for those students who don’t have the network of support that I had that I do this work.”

As the Vice President of Development & Administration for the Campaign for College Opportunity, Stacey oversees the operations of the Sacramento and Los Angeles offices and manages all financial aspects of the organization, including fundraising activities such as grant writing, event sponsorships, and donor communications. Since joining the Campaign in 2012, Stacey’s work has contributed to the sustained growth of the organization, in terms of both increased budget and capacity.

Prior to joining the Campaign for College Opportunity, Stacey served as Administrative Analyst II for the City of Burbank’s Public Works Field Services Division for over seven years where she managed grant funding for several large projects and administered the department’s multi-million-dollar operating budget. Her desire to make a greater impact in improving the lives of her fellow Californians and her years of experience in grant management and budgeting brought Stacey to the Campaign.
