As the Vice President of Development & Administration for the Campaign for College Opportunity, Stacey oversees the operations of the Sacramento and Los Angeles offices and manages all financial aspects of the organization, including fundraising activities such as grant writing, event sponsorships, and donor communications. Since joining the Campaign in 2012, Stacey’s work has contributed to the sustained growth of the organization, in terms of both increased budget and capacity.
Prior to joining the Campaign for College Opportunity, Stacey served as Administrative Analyst II for the City of Burbank’s Public Works Field Services Division for over seven years where she managed grant funding for several large projects and administered the department’s multi-million-dollar operating budget. Her desire to make a greater impact in improving the lives of her fellow Californians and her years of experience in grant management and budgeting brought Stacey to the Campaign.
Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia at Athens and holds a Master of Fine Arts in Television Production from Loyola Marymount University. As the granddaughter of an art professor and a kindergarten teacher, she believes education is the key to developing successful futures and access to college should be available to all who seek it. Stacey is proud to work alongside the passionate and dedicated individuals helping make college dreams a reality for all of California’s students.
